Redentore 2018: dinner on a Venetian Boat with spectacular fireworks

Important notes:

•          Tour on request: for this product we have to verify supplier’s availability. You will receive confirmation within 72 hours after your request being sent.
• No money will be refunded for cancellations of the client.
• If a client has already booked and paid but for any reason will not be able to take part to the event can give the voucher to one other person and have to communicate in advance the name of the new guest to the organization.
• If the boat does not depart due to technical reasons like breakdowns, or the conditions of the weather or sea, or due to force majeure beyond the control of the Captain or the management (with the exclusion of the client),Italian Mate will offer the opportunity to book in the future or will refund the money received.
• The route may vary depending on environmental conditions, technical factors or other factors, at the unchallengeable decision of the Captain.
• All passengers aboard the boat are covered by third party civil liability insurance, under current law.

• The event will take place even in case of bad weather as the boat may be equipped with a covering structure.
• The boat is also accessible to the differently-abled.
• The embarkation time must be observed as the event is itinerant and it will not be possible to embark after that time. Please be punctual in order to avoid any misunderstandings or problems for the management and so as not to affect the success of the event. Non-participation in the event due to the late arrival of a client will not result in money being refunded.
• The organization may cancel a client’s booking if he or she does not turn up at the embarkation point at the time set.
• Due to the high season period, please note that there may be a lot of traffic, we suggest you to leave home earlier than necessary to be sure to reach the embarkation point on time.
• Please note that the dinner is a standing buffet with some seats and some tables in the prow and stern area that can not be booked or reserved, so that you can use theme freely during the evening.
