Three hours lesson led by chefs who every day give life to a rite that the whole world loves: Roman fettuccine. You will enter the Sancta Sanctorum of handmade pasta, in the kitchen of a centuries-old inn where the ancient and authentic recipe of this culinary masterpiece has been handed down through the generations. You'll breathe in the atmosphere of a place full of "la dolce vita". The restaurant's walls are covered with the faces of artists and actors who have loved the restaurant and its cuisine in the more than one hundred years that it's been open; seeing them will bring you back to those films and love stories.
And then off the kitchen! Try your hand in a Cooking Class, under the direct supervision of the chef and dining room staff. You'll be provided with a cooking kit and a complete, real chef's uniform, and you’ll learn how to prepare fettuccine dough step by step.
You don't have to worry if you think others won't believe you when you tell them about the experience: at the end of the course you'll receive a certificate of participation, a souvenir photo in digital format, a packet of fettuccine and your chef's hat.
Of course, after so much effort, you'll also receive a well-earned lunch. Dish of the day? Fettuccine!
