You will leave Florence on board of a private minivan. In just an hour's journey, you will find yourselves surrounded by the vineyards and cypress trees of the rolling hills of the Chianti region.

Your destination will be a medieval castle: a stronghold that defends the beauty of this land and its pleasant living since 1141. You will be the guests of an aristocratic family that will guide you in the discovery of Tuscan wines and gastronomic delights. You will visit ancient cellars where Chianti Docg is produced. A tasting of three labels is all it will take for you to grasp why the name is so admired across the world.

Finally, as true tradition requires, you will end the tour with a flourish, sitting around a table laden with the best local cuisine and of course, excellent wine!
